Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has an upscale decor that initially impresses, but I left feeling less than satisfied. The first room I had was fantastic, but the second one was old and cramped. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and not very accommodating. The dining options were limited later in the evening, and the location isn't ideal if you want to be close to major attractions.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying spacious rooms with a great view of the city. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and had plenty of variety. The only downside is that it's not very close to the main attractions, but the nearby shops and restaurants made up for it. Overall, it's a luxurious spot that's great for families, couples, or anyone traveling for business.
I was really disappointed with my stay. The service was terrible as I felt cheated by the staff during a currency exchange, and the dining options were limited. The location was a challenge to find and not in a good neighborhood. The rooms were dated and lacked proper air conditioning, and the facilities were basically non-existent. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless you absolutely have to stay here.
I was initially impressed by the elegant decor of the hotel, but unfortunately, my experience took a turn when I got to the room. While it had some great facilities and offerings, the cleanliness left much to be desired, which really impacted my stay. The location wasn’t ideal for my needs, being quite far from the downtown area, but it had some decent dining options nearby at roadside stalls.
The hotel has a modern lobby and nice amenities like a pool and sauna, but the rooms feel outdated and there's a significant noise issue from the hallway. Breakfast was limited, and the location isn’t ideal for those wanting to visit the city center easily. Overall, it's an adequate but somewhat frustrating experience.
